To implement this policy a process of continuous improvement is in effect and supported by all employees. SHS is quality management system embodies the principles and philosophies of continuous Improvement; it is modeled on the formal structure of ISO-9001 ¨C Quality Management systems model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing.
